Be Beautiful Eat Fresh Food

Spring has officially arrived and inspite of the hard work we did today, planting onions, cultivating, tending to the greenhouses, paperwork,  I did take time to enjoy picking some borage flowers that surprized me by blooming in the greenhouse after a long dormant winter.  Borage is a herb that produces the most beautiful edible flowers either in white or blue and an occasional pink flower. Chef Andrew Little absolutely loves the beauty of Borage as a edible garnish.
Stay tune for more about our spring seedling sale, including Borage seedlings.
