As part of the Festival's Culinary Arts program, I will assist with the Culinary Food Fair on June 19th at the Gettysburg College Main Stage. (Click here for more info.)
This year we will feature an assortment of mature micro greens in flats, growing instructions and starter kits for anyone that would like to give their green thumb a try at micro greens.
From a multitude of colors, flavors and varieties, micro greens are a welcome addition to any salad or as a gourmet garnish.
The Festival brings a great array of entertainment, arts, and culinary events to our area.
