Pile Them High and Let'em Fly....

 ...well not just yet.  Just harvested Candy Apple onions will require 3 days drying outside and then curing in the barn for another 2-3 weeks.  Curing allows the onion skins to dry out and improve the quality of storage.  Candy Apple onions are one of the most beautiful red onions on the market.  They are ideal for fresh eating or cooking. Good in storage for approximately two months. We do have some ready to sell at Friday's Farm Fresh Market.
